    Never submit passwords through Google Forms.

  1. Click the Wireless Network Icon in the System Tray, and click on ‘Open Network and Sharing Center.
  1. On the left side of the window that opens is a selection of links under the heading ‘Control Panel Home.’ Click ‘Manage Wireless Networks.’
  2. The ‘Manage wireless networks’ window will open, click ‘Add.’
  3. In the window that opens select ‘Manually create a network profile’ to continue. In the window

That follows enter the details as you see them in the screenshot below.

  1. Enter ‘KKUH Student’ into the ‘Network name’ field.( Case Sensitive )

Select ‘WPA2-Enterprise’ for ‘Security type.’

Select ‘AES’ for ‘Encryption type.’

Check the ‘Start this connection automatically’ box and ‘Connect even if the network is not broadcasting.’

Click ‘Next’ to continue.

  1. A new window will open informing you that you have ‘Successfully added KKUH Student.’

Click on ‘Change connection settings.’

  1. Select ‘Security’ tab verify ‘Security type:’ is ‘WPA2-Enterprise’ and ‘Encryption type:’ is ‘AES.’

Choose a network authentication method ‘Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP)’

  1. Click on the ‘Settings’ radio button next to ‘Microsoft: Protected EAP (PEAP).’

Uncheck “Validate server certificate”

Check Enable Fast Reconnect

Select “Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)” as the authentication method

Click “Configure…”

Uncheck “Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any).”

Click “OK” to close the dialogs you opened.

You should now be able to connect to KKUH Student

  1. Connecting to KKUH Student after configuring your settings involves:

Agreeing to enter your credential information, when prompted:

  1. Enter your account information
  1. Go to:
    START \ Control Panel \ Network Connections.
    On the Network Connections windows, right click on Wireless Network Connection and choose Properties
  2. Click on the Wireless Network Tab. Check the “Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings” box. Click on the ADD button.
  3. For network name (SSID), enter: KKUH Student —————( Case Sensitive)
    For network authentication choose WPA2
    For Data Encryption choose AES
  4. Click on the Authentication Tab.
    For EAP type, choose PEAP. Click on Properties.
  5. Uncheck the “Validate server certificate” box

At the Protected EAP Properties window, make sure in the box near the bottom “Select Authentication Method:” that the option “Secured password (EAP-MSCHAP v2)” is chosen.
Then, click on “Configure” button.

  1. On the EAP MSCHAPv2 Properties window, uncheck the option “Automatically use my Windows logon name and password (and domain if any).”
  2. Right-click the network connection icon in the notification area, and then click View Available Wireless Networks Connect to KKUH Student.

There should be a dialog box popping up at the wireless network notification icon on the taskbar.

Click on the dialog box and the Enter Credentials widow will pop up

  1. Type in your User ID and Password. The Logon domain – kkuhdomain
    Click OK.
  • To get the wifi address:

Choose, About

Scroll down screen and get the WiFi Address
